Do I need to speak English?
Working English is required. Fluency in your Center's national language is also required for country and region roles.
Can I work remotely?
Some roles are remote-friendly. Most Center and Village roles are on-site — that's the point.
Is UC religious?
No. UC respects all faiths and worldviews and is politically and religiously independent.
How long is the contract?
Standard contracts follow the five-year plan cycle. Shorter contracts also available.
Can I switch tracks later?
Yes. Council, Governance and Centers tracks are open to internal moves after your first term.
Do you sponsor visas?
Yes, where legally possible in your Center's country and region.
