Where Contributions Go

Every contribution — cash, land, buildings, vehicles, travel, equipment, services, or time — is recorded, categorised, and allocated to a UC programme or platform.

100% of restricted gifts go to the programme specified by the contributor
Unrestricted gifts are allocated to the areas of greatest need
In-kind gifts are valued, catalogued, and deployed to the programmes that need them
Volunteer hours are logged and matched to programmes

How UC Reports

United Cultures operates under Dutch foundation law (Stichting). Every contributor receives:

Immediate acknowledgement of receipt
Official contribution receipt with unique reference number
Annual impact report for the programme they supported
Access to the UC Foundation transparency dashboard
Optional recognition in UC publications (opt-in)

Governance

United Cultures is governed by a Supervisory Board with independent oversight. Financial statements are prepared annually. The foundation operates across:

7 active Dutch entities registered with KvK
Independent board members with cultural, financial, and governance backgrounds
External advisors on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters
